This book contains both swearing (including f-bombs) and on-page sex. If those things will cause you to leave a bad review, you might want to skip this one. But if you do, you'll be missing a heck of a book. And, although the blurb might make it might seem like there is a love triangle between Ava, Evan, and Cori, there absolutely is not one. Everyone goes into the fake-relationship-within-a-fake-relationship with their eyes open. While there are some moments of discomfort during the whole debacle, there is never any question who Evan is in love with.

This story was every single thing that I want in a book. Erin Nicholas absolutely nailed the perfect balance between the sad backstory, the sexy times, the humor (so much humor), the swoon-worthy, and all of the best small-town feelings. This probably sounds weird, but Ms. Nicholas just has a way of writing that makes the reader *feel* more – the little moments, however incidental they might seem, really mean something.

I must confess that I'm over billionaire stories HOWEVER, this book is not your usual “swaggering, stupidly rich man swoops in and rescues the poor, destitute, helpless woman from her horrible life of middle-class horror” trope. In this book, the women have the money (shocking, I know) and although they do enjoy the benefits of their money they aren't spoiled little socialites who do nothing but shop and drink all day. They're actually really great characters and despite their tremendous personality differences, I adored all three sisters. I identified more with Brynn, but I thought Cori was absolutely hilarious and totally lovable, and I cannot wait to see Ava's world get shaken up. But my favorite character in this book was Evan. From the very moment he appeared on the page, I knew he was going to be different but I had no idea how much I was going to adore him. (Slight spoilers from here on out but nothing big) I LOVED that he saw Cori for who she was from the start, that he saw the coffee under the sprinkles, and that he defended her so staunchly. That level of insight and caring made him one of my favorite Erin Nicholas characters ever. And that ending? Absolute perfection.

The only bad thing about this book is that it's over and I have to wait until April to read more. I cannot wait to read more in this series.

If you enjoy a really well-written small town romance that has a really great cast of characters, you should definitely read this book. It will make you laugh, it will make you swoon, and it will make you believe in love even if you don't have millions of dollars.

Another winner by Erin Nicholas. First book in a new series and I am already impatiently waiting for book 2. Triplets sisters have to move to Kansas for one year according to their father’s will. Each sister has to do something outside their comfort zone. First up is Cori who falls for her father’s lawyer, Evan. Even though Evan has plans to pretend to date Ava to help with part of the will’s stipulations. Of course there are no sparks when Ava and Evan are near each other but the minute Cori is anywhere near Evan there are fireworks. I loved how they tried to stay away from each other because the had to for sake of the will but they just couldn’t deny their attraction. The chemistry between these two was HOT and the kissing and sex was even hotter. Definitely recommend this book, you won’t be disappointed!
I give Diamonds and Dirt Roads by Erin Nicholas Five Stars. This is book one of Erin's new series Billionaires in Blue Jeans. This series is about a set of identical triplet girls whose father died and in order to get their inheritance they must follow strict instructions which include moving to a small town called Bliss Kansas. Each sister has strict guidelines they must follow based on thier lifestyles at the moment, One is a CEO of her father's company, another is a research scientist and the other Cori is the Fun Girl who never stays in one place for to long.

Evan Stone is the Attorney who wrote up the crazy will with all the stipulations that Rudy Carmichael, the girls father, want followed. Evan decided that the girls most follow ever rule that has been put in place so in order to sure they are fulfilled he decided he will date the workaholic CEO, Ava but that is hard to do when the sister you want is Cori, the fun loving one.

Cori Carmichael has reviewed the list she must follow in order to get her inheritance, the first is to move to Bliss, Kansas, second is to run her father's pie shop for a year by taking care of the books and lastly she can not date for six months. In order to help Evan and Ava, whom are not fooling anyone with their "dating". She steps in to help and ends up falling even more for Evan.

This book is a must read, if you like small town romance you will not be disappointed. Erin nailed it with the Identical Triplets and the tricks that can be played on people (I should know I am an Identical twin and have tricked a few people in my life lol). You will laugh through out the book and you will fall in love with all the characters! I highly recommend this book!
